 Drumroll please…. we’re ImaginAerial! A full-service cirque-style performance company dedicated to making your reception as one-of-a-kind as you are. Aerial champagne servers, elegant acrobats, jaw-dropping artistry, and breathtaking performance. For brides who aren’t just brides – they’re trend-setters. Women with confidence. Just a little bit cheeky. Because you’re not your everyday bride, why should your entertainment be?

What does ImaginAerial Do?

We are New York’s premier cirque company, and we created our boutique-style bridal services because we know what it takes to amp up the wow factor at your reception. We know this is one of the most important days of your life. We know you’ve been dreaming about this day since you were six. And we know how to make it spectacular.

 

In short, we help brides line up the most jaw-dropping, mind-blowing, can’t-take-your-eyes-off-it entertainment EVER by:

 

  • selecting the perfect artists to dazzle your friends and family
  • welcoming your guests with a glass of champagne poured upside down by a Champagne Aerialist (certainly not a must, but it IS a fun add-on!)
  • discovering – and making the most of – the unique possibilities in your venue
  • providing exclusive access to our creative, design, and production teams
  • taking care of all the nuts and bolts (rigging, technical requirements, etc.) so YOU can focus on more important things
  • completing all the administrative paperwork (contracts, permits, certifications, etc.) so you don’t have to think about it
  • providing peace of mind by adding the venue as additional insured
  • access to our exclusive collection of fabulous costumes, headpieces, and make-up designs
  • an onsite talent coordinator to handle the inevitable last minute things that need to be taken care of on The Big Day
  • only professional, experienced artists – NEVER students or “junior” company members
  • AND we won’t hold your momentary freak outs against you! Hey – we’ve been there.

 

Bottom line? We know how hard it is to pull together a wedding. How do we know this? We’ve done it ourselves! We worry, so you don’t have to. You just show up, look fabulous, and enjoy the celebration.

What Does This Include? How Does it Work? HELP – I’ve Never Done This!

DON’T WORRY! Most folks haven’t hired cirque-style performers before, so you’re in great company! It’s easy – we do all the heavy lifting (literally). It goes like this:

 

  • A complimentary phone chat to decide if this is really for you. We’ll talk about what you’re envisioning, what your options are, basic numbers, and quick logistics.
  • A kick-off meeting for us to get to know you better! We want to hear about the feel and style you’re going for, and collect some info so we can get right to work.
  • We have a technical discussion with your venue to go over the nuts and bolts (HA!) of your event. We’ll chat about the space, the rigging, and all the production magic that goes on behind the scenes.
  • All the artists are contracted, rehearsal space booked, and we get down to the creative nitty-gritty!
  • Time to touch base! We have a quick phone chat to make sure everything is shaping up just the way you imagined, and answer your questions.
  • Pack up! One week before your reception, we make sure EVERYTHING is in place! Checking costumes and headpieces to make sure they’re perfect, inspecting equipment, double-checking permits, and final rehearsals make for a busy week.
  • It’s YOUR DAY! We arrive early to rig, rehearse, and make sure everything is safe and ready to go – you don’t have anything to think about except having the time of your life!
  • After the event, we work with the venue to ensure a no-hassle, easy load-out.
